| Just pulled this beauty out of a barn where it had been hibernating since 2002. It is a 1983 ROW Cab. I have not run the Kardex but engine number corresponds with the build date. Sprayed ether down its throat and it started. Checked all of the head bolts and they are good. Floors are rock solid. Convertible top is good and window is fairly clear. Seat are Ok and can be used. the car goes into every gear and rolls freely, brakes work and are not seized, e-brake in tact. Gemballa conversion at some point in its life and butchered by someone at sometime. What you see is what you get. I do have a PA. salvage title for the car. Located in Bethlehem PA Lehigh Valley. EDIT: After further looking it seems as if this car was sent to Gemballa before it was imported to the US via Interlake Porsche audi in Washington state may 11th 1983 the original color was Schwartz. and all the import stickers/stamps/catalyst sticker all have blue paint under them. the original ebay will not let me input the correct vin it is WP0ZZZ91ZDS151492 make an offer.
