1974 Porsche 914

This 1974 914 was originally a 1.8 liter 4 cylinder. The engine installed is a 1970 1971 2.2 t motor. It is seized, it is very complete and was installed with a Patrick Motorsport style motor mount. it does have a 2 liter flywheel installed. There are no obvious problems with the motor(holes, case damage etc) The transmission is complete and appears to be in good shape. I do not no the overall condition of this motor or transmission! The front suspension is a boge late model 911 suspension. I believe the brakes are 911SC. I do not know what the strut inserts are. The stut bodies were painted green but should be black. The rear 5 bolt conversion is a 911 T conversion meaning there is no e brake. The axles are large flange with the appropriate stub and transmission out put shafts. Please see the photo of the rear this car has been sitting since 1990! meaning every sub assembly must be addressed before this car hits the road! It is the definition of a project. I believe the body to be an excellent starting point. The floors, trunks and outside body show small rust damage. The rocker panels have been replaced. I took a picture of the battery tray area. The battery tray, 6 cylinder tach and misc items are shown in the photos. The interior is very complete the seats have some tears not shown. If you don't see it in the photos it is not included - This is a great opportunity to get an air cooled Porsche - I have title in hand.
