86 Porsche 944 Turbo - 12000 Miles on a New Engine

I bought this car in 2013. The engine was rebuilt by a previous owner in Texas. I have all paper work on the rebuilt engine. The engine was rebuilt by Joseph Tegtmeyer who is a retired air force kernel and owns his restoration shop for 30 years. He restored Porsche and other exotic cars in his shop. He rebuilt the bottom end, replaced all bearings and used his own ring set, new gasket set, seals, new timing belt, new rollers, water pump. Machine shop reworked the head, Joseph installed a new clutch, slave cylinder and master cylinder at the time when the engine was out of the car for rebuilding. This engine is like a new, does not have any oil or coolant leaks. It is in a perfect condition. Odometer was replaced at the time of the engine was rebuilt. The odometer had 130000 miles at that time and a previous owner replaced a broken odometer with a used one that had 84000 miles. When I owned the car the odometer broke I had to replace the broken one that had already 91000 miles with a used one that had 96000 miles on it. So, the actual mileage on this car is less than 12000 miles on the rebuilt engine since I didn't drive this car every day. Transmission was taken out and inspected for any problems at the same time when the engine was rebuilt. Also, the previous owner installed new brake rotors, new calipers, new koni struts, new turbo charger. I am a certified auto mechanic and I took a great care of this car. This car drives excellent and like new totally restored car. The body panel is excellent and does not have any rust. The underside of the car is very clean. The car passed inspection every year. The list of parts I replaced are following: new tires, new alternator with a new regulator, new starter, new battery, new AC compressor, new AC drier, new condenser, several new relays, new turbo cooler, plugs and wires, two cooling fans. I restored the whole interior, including a new dash and carpet. This car runs and shifts like it should. Turbo works excellent. Previous owner painted the car, so the paint looks great. This car has never been in an accident. This car is reliable. Recently I bought Pontiac Trans AM Firebird, and this is my new project. I don't need two sport cars now. This is why I am selling. I have extra parts for this car such as short shifter, extra new battery, new alternator. I have a folder with a list of parts that were replaced by Joseph. I attached a picture of one of the pages.
