Offering my 1967 Porsche 912. 87,600 documented miles. Documented California Car. Documented original engine and transmission. Original owners manual, Original Sales Brochure, Some original repair work orders dating back to 1967. Car has rare outside temperature gauge and wood steering wheel. Car received refurbishment of engine and transmission in 2002. Car received color change paint job in 2002. Original color of car was Bahama Yellow. History of ownership: Owner 1 1967 to 1994 San Clemente, CA. Owner 2 1994 to 2001 Oceanside, CA. Owner 3 2002 to 2007 Milwaukee, WI. Owner 4 2008 to 2013 Milwaukee, WI. Owner 5 2013 to present. So I am the 5th owner. In 2016, I wrote a letter to the original owner who is now 95 years old. I inquired about his ownership and his wife wrote me a detailed letter about the car and the history or the first two owners. I will include this interesting documentation with thesale of this car.I personally know owner 3 and 4. In 2007, the 912 was featured in the Snap On Tool Calendar. I will include this calendar with the sale of the car as well as all old paperwork and documentation. The engine and transmission numbers match the VIN and are documented in the original owners manual.

Body: Zero rust, straight, no known repairs, original rust free floor pan. Bare metal strip paint job in 2002. No known accidents. Only very minor paint blemishes.

Interior: Very Clean, mostly original, front seats refurbished by Classic 9 in 2014.

Engine: Never disassembled, freshened up in 2002. No smoke, some drips of oil after car sits. Starts easily cold or hot.

Glass: All glass is original to the car

Wheels and Tires: All wheels are correct date code stamped and original to the car. The wheels were re-chromed in 2002. Original spare tire. Tires are in good condition but are older 2003.

Transmission: Original 4 speed, shifts fine

Suspension and Brakes: Brakes in good condition, firm pedal. No weird noises or clunks or rattles.

Known Issues: Dash vinyl is lifting (see photo), Headliner fraying in corners by quarter windows, washer pump does not work, Radio does not work, I do not have original radio but I do have the original radio brochure, Antenna hard to pull up to extend.

Misc: Fuel tank drained and carbs reset and synchronized in 2010, only 1200 miles have been put on car since this was done.Service documents from owner 4 will be given with car. Owner 4 hadseveral items addressed and services were performed by two well known Porsche shops in the Chicagoland area. All items and gauges in working condition except where noted above. Car tracks and drives straight when driven and when brakes applied. Tight solid feel. This car has always been in heated storage since the day it left California. Clear Michigan Title in my name.
