1987 Porsche 911 Carrera G50 Sunroof Coupe #2916/2916, THE VERY LAST 1987 US Carrera built for the 1987 Model year. The car was made in July 1987, just before the summer holiday at the factory in Zuffenhausen. It has 89,140 original miles. Car is a rare Paint to Sample, verified by the option sticker in the manual (L999). Its Casa Blanca Beige metallic paint color with Mahogany interior, verified by Porsche Classic Center. Nicely optioned with color matching rims and original Porsche spoiler front and rear. Car has no rust. Carfax shows no accidents except for an incident in 1989 when the owner hit a small tree in the front of the car. Front trunk area does not show any damage to the inner trunk fenders or front pan. All metal underneath shows to be straight and without any welding or holes. All the glass is original except for the windshield. Sunroof needs a bit of adjusting for a perfect fit but opens and closes fine. Interior was re-done at some point but to a quite amateur level unfortunately. Mechanically, it is running and driving but cylinders 1 and 2 have a slight drop in compression because of broken head studs. Brakes are good. Shifting is ok but needs new bushings. Car comes with toolkit, jack, and original books with service booklet and stamps.
