Cons-

Motor mounts needs replacing, which I will provide. Some cracks in dash & pod. Wear on driver seat / bolster, passenger front padding has crack. Rear seats have an inch crack on top padding / backing. Surface rust on windshield cowl and passenger rear quarter window. Driver front & rear wheel chrome is peeling / bubbling from center caps.
