1983 Porsche 944

Sold new in California, his Porsche has since been steadily migrating toward the Fatherland; first to Denver, O and more recently to Milwaukee, I.
It is a Garage Queen that has never seen snow, s totally rust-free, ever wrecked and always well-maintained by its Owner. More important - - it has been DRIVEN! This is a Driver, ot a Collector Car.
My home to work commute is 500 miles, ound-trip, nd I use this great little ride for at least 6 months of the year (I live in Milwaukee, I and work in Indianapolis, N). As a result, keep this car in tip-top shape. No deficiency goes unaddressed. Any wearing or malfunctioning component gets repaired/replaced as quickly as it is detected.
Accordingly, won't be listing "new parts" in this ad - - because I cannot type that long without my fingers cramping!
That's not to say this 944 is a hole into which you will throw money. On the contrary, t is a strong, ependable, urable motor vehicle that just happens to be an absolute blast to drive! Tires, rakes, elts, ulbs, oses, heel bearings, tc. are normal wear items on any car, nd I replace every one of these components whenever warranted.
This car cruises well on the highway, ut it "prefers" twisty sections of two-lane tarmac. When it was first introduced, he 944 was acclaimed as "the best handling sports car in the World" and, rguably, t was! Since then, any more great sports cars have been introduced, ut any present-day visit to a road racing circuit will include watching dozens of 944s doing hot laps. It is STILL a modern sports car - - +30 years after the original design was formulated.
As much as I love this car, love my stepson even more. Tuition is soon due, nd we are about $10,000 short. Something has to give, nd in this case: The 944 has to be sold.
Sad story, know. But one day THIS young man will invent some new biomedical wonder that ends up saving the Life your grandchild. Fries the perfect batch of bacon. 'Or changes the World for the better.
It's a good investment, can assure you.
