Overview:
Here is a very rare 1976 Porsche 930 Turbo with only 35k original miles on it. This is the most desirable 930 Porsche to own as it is the first year of production with only 1,174 cars built for the entire world. It is certified with a Porsche certificate of authenticity. This is a one of one car finished in Copper Brown Metallic with leather to sample, original white leather interior. The car has its original numbers matching engine and transmission. There was just $12k spent on the car freshening it up after long-term storage. The engine was taken out of the car and completely gone through and resealed. It was an originally a Canadian equipped car that spent some time in Canada and then was put in long term storage. It is a solid rust free car that has never been in a accident. It has been painted once in its original color several years ago and has its original white leather interior in it. The car has no books or records as the previous owner has lost then over time. It is a great, solid and correct car that just needs a few things yet to be in top-notch condition. Exterior:
This 930 turbo was repainted once several years ago in its original color of Copper Brown metallic. The paint is very nice and straight with a few very minor flaws here and there that are hardly noticeable from use. It shows great for driver and looks beautiful. The chin spoiler has a minor nick in it down below. All the glass and rubbers in the car are very nice. The body and floor pans are completely rust free. There is some very minor bubbling on the inside edge of the rear bonnet which you see when it is open. The car has never been hit or hurt or in an accident. Everything lines up great. It is sitting on its original Fuchs wheels that are near mint with a slightly older set of tires on it. But it still rides nice and smooth.
Interior:
The special order, White leather interior is all-original right down to the carpet and looks great. The original piece of carpeting on the driver's side is missing and covered with a floor mat. The dash is very nice with just a little bit of shrinkage. All the gauges work in the car. It is missing its radio. The interior just needs a little tidying up to really mint. Under the bonnet it is all very clean and it sill has its original spare, jack and tool kit.
Mechanically:
The car runs and drives excellent. It has had over $12K worth of work done to the car, which included pulling the engine and freshen everything up due to it sitting for so long. Everything has been resealed and the car runs like a top. The car shifts great and is very tight. Again this is a real 35K original mile car. This car needs absolutely nothing mechanically and is ready to drive and enjoy!
