1985 1/2 PORSCHE 944 19K MILES!!! LOW RESERVE!!!

This is an extremely nice car in fantastic shape with one difficult problem. In 2003 it was in, what I would speculate was a fairly minor but expensive accident. The result of this is that the car was repaired, however, CarFax has it listed as a total loss even though no other car check company states it as totaled. Even though these other companies acknowledge the accident they list the title as clean.Given the value of the car in 2003 it would only take about $4,500 in damage to total the Vehicle.Now, the title I received from the previous owner was a clean un-marked title as is the one I hold in my hand now. I have appealed the case to CarFax multiple times and they say the only way to clear the cars good name is to get a affidavit from the insurance co. that supposedly totaled the car saying they did not total the car.
The records are available from Indianna BMV as that is where the accident occurredbut I am running out of steam and storage space. To be honest, I am disgusted with the whole situation.
The Mileage is verified on all reports I have gotten or other prospective buyers have told me about. There is no question that it is legitimate.
As for the condition of the car, it is excellent! The interioris 9.5 out of 10, the floor mats are the only thing any appreciable wear. The A/C blows cold and the heat blows hot. The books, air compressor, original radio, and a bag of various relays and such is included. The sunroof and rear hatch release both work. There are NO cracks in the dashboard!
The engine starts and runs great. The trans shifts smooth and the clutch has no slipping. The brakes are about 90% and the tires have lots of tread. I replaced the timing and balance shaft belts a couple months ago, so they have a couple hundred miles on them.
The paint and body are 9 out of 10 as there are a couple small stone chips on the front and a small ding below the rear spoiler.
