1984 Porsche 944 Base Coupe 2-Door

This1984 'square dash'Porsche 944 is my personal car, a great example and great daily driver that has been regaining popularity in recent years.
This particular car has ~158k miles (rolled over once) however the engine was recently replaced with a ~90k equivalent and has had few miles since. Extensive mechanical work has been performed on this car by a local Porsche specialist in preparation for light track use (see details below) with at least $5k in bills last year to bring it up to current spec. The primary focus of this work was to eliminate leaks and play in the suspension resulting in a car that lives up to the handling standards this car is known for. New keys were also cut from original factory blanks. The car has completed one HPDE under my ownership and is well suited for continued evolution or daily use. The interior is good for a car of this age but would benefit from small TLC (rip in driver seat, headliner could do with replacing). The dash is not cracked and interior is in otherwise good shape.
This car appears to have been repainted fairly recently in Guards Red so the paint looks good. It's not a concours level job but does look better than 80% of 944s out there.
Notably, this car features:

• Momo Prototipo steering wheel with black leather Porsche crest (although I have the original four-spoke if you would like)
• A period-correct Saratoga glass moonroof
• Original cookie cutter wheels although I have a set of Cup 1 rims that I would be willing to include in the sale
• Hawk Blue brake pads for much improved braking response
• Bluetooth radio (but who needs it anyway!)
