The car does have some rust, please look at all the pictures of the underside to see the scope of the metal work needed. The engine does turn over by hand but no attempt has been made to fire it up. The good news is the car hasn't been stripped of each and every little part, so tracking down all the little bits won't be your main focus. Having stuff like seats, glass, gauges, etc, can go a long way in a restoration. This car is a project but the 74's are already climbing in price since they are the first year of this body style. Just look at the prices for the first year of the 911, 1965, they are insane, and Porsche values usually follow suit, the first is always coveted. Also, when you're done restoring it and take it to your first event and everyone has a red 911, your car will outshine them all in Blue Metallic.
