This unique and exciting 911 Carrera has just arrived at our facility! Originally sold new at Ryan Porsche in Ft. Worth Texas, this 911 has been in the Dallas area since Day 1! It is quite rare that we get air-cooled 911's that have been in Dallas since being sold new. This particular 911 was ordered with options such as: Sport Seats, Steering Wheel w/ Raised hub, and 16" Forged Alloy Fuch Wheels. This particular Carrera was ordered without a sunroof from the factory. We do not see this too often, which makes this 911 a little more rare than most that you see on the road.
For several years, this 911 Carrera was owned by a Master Porsche technician here in Dallas. This is a well-documented 911 Carrera with records that date back to the 80's. About 7 years ago, a full top end re-build & reseal was performed on this 3.2 Liter. Not too long after the top end rebuild, the entire A/C system was replaced and updated to R134a. A larger condenser was also installed at this time, which makes this A/C system blow very cold! Recent Service to this Carrera includes: Clutch & Brake Pedal Cable Bushing Kit, Ignition Swtich, Drive Belts, Spark Plugs, Distributor, Crankshaft Seal, Cam Housing, and Axle Seal Ring.
