1989 Porsche 928 S4

1989 porshe 928 s4 with awesome looks but lacking some reliability...drives and shifts great, excellent brakes, exhuast, no leaks...just has starting issues/running issues.
Original color was black, in 2012 it was painted 2011 porsche green. It looks great and has a great finish with a very respectable factory color change including jambs. BUT it does have bodywork cracking on front bumper, parts of both fenders and left rear quarter panel (looks perfect from 15 foot).
Interior is very good with some leather cracking but power seats work, windows work, most things...Heater blower fan not working, dash has usual cracks, service brake pad light is on, a couple taillight bulbs are out.... Headlights work great, sunroof, interior lights, ect..
It runs strong with great power over 2200 rpm, drives tight and shifts good but only starts with a shot of starting fluid (stays running under it's own fuel once started). Once running it idles low and stumbles when stopping the pedal down UNDER 2200 rpm? Ithe might need computer or ezk module reprogrammed for new belt? The fix is beyond my capabilities ..
HAS NEW WATER PUMP, timing gears AND TIMING BELT BY LAST OWNER, no paper work other than i had receipts for parts...I threw away old parts that were included when I purchased car. Tires are brand new porsche wheels valued over $2k!
Recommend trailering until starting/running issues are resolved to be reliable. It drive here to my house from 2 hours away but still recommend trailering.
