THIS IS OUR LATEST VINTAGE SPEEDSTER AND IT HAS ALL THE GOODIES. Its fast fun and stunning. The Pictures do not do this car justice! Specialy built for the late Las Vegas Entertainer of the year Danny Ganz. He then had a high performance engine built by the Bug Shack in LV. There are only 1800 miles in total since built in 2002.

This striking Vintage Speedster looks awesome in Classic Porsche Silver with Black convertible Top & matching rear tounneau The classic stock looks hides a sleeper that has performance that will surprise you.

Front Disc Brakes hidden behind Factory style chrome wheels with classic Porsche speedster style hub caps with Porsche crests.

The stunning Black Interior features Supple black roadster style Seats and door panels with a Black Seat Belt Set. Black carpets with custom Black mat set with actual porsche crests sewn in. The awesome Wodden Nardi signature steering wheel and matching Wooden shift knob with the Porsche crest. Even the pedals have Porsche crests built in to them! The Black dash top with factory style rear view mirror completes the look with the authentic speedster dash trim in gold. Danny Ganz was had quite a collection of fine automobiles. He had the engine custom built by the "Bug Shack" in Las Vegas to make his speedster even speedier! Reportedly over $6000 was invested in this engine. The big bore dual port, features CB performance fuel Injection, MSD ignition, 042 high performance heads, headers with dual outlets and much much more. This engine screams and has a 6000 rpm chip in the MSD 6al CD box! The performance and sound of this engine will get you going. The only problem is the wail of this beast is a tell that will let everyone know that this speedster packs a punch.

This 356 Speedster is titled as a 1967 VW and is exempt from smog or emission testing in all 50 states.This also allows it to qualify for Vintage/Heritage and Antique Plates in most states.

About the factory:

Vintage Speedsters was established in 1987 and as of 2013, they have hand built over 3000 Speedsters. They produce in thier own facilities, more cars in one week, than some so-called manufacturers do in a year.

The speedster replica was born in the 1970’s. Early manufacturers used a shortened VW pan and did not adequately reinforce the body. This led to the infamous "jack test". If one were to lift the car with a jack, due to the body flex, the car doors would no longer close properly. Vintage Speedsters engineered a new type of structure starting with our first speedster produced in 1988.

Vintage Speedsters uses a custom built, jig welded, 2x4 inch 11-gauge steel frame. An original VW pan is restored, shortened and welded to the new steel skeleton. The rigid new structure retains the original VW pan design and integrates the largest frame possible. All of our custom built speedsters easily pass the "jack test". In addition, the steering wheel is offset slightly, just as an original speedster.
