1986 Porsche 944 NA lots of parts and tools

Up for sale is my 1986 Porsche 944 NA. I've had this car since last June and it's been my daily driver until a few weeks ago. It's been very reliable until the water pump seized and when I attempted the replacement two bolts broke off into the engine block so its currently not running.
This should be relatively easy fix for someone who has the facility to take care of it. I've tried to get them out but I'm unfortunately just not able to invest the time into it anymore as I live in an apartment and need to get another car asap. Really a kills me to get rid of it as I've put a lot of work into this car but it'll make a great project or parts car for someone else.
Here's the deal:

The trunk latch needs some love as its a bit hard to get open. headlights and motors work fine.engine sounds great.power steering is great.alignment is great.shifts well and the clutch is good. Slight noise in 4th gear from transmission but I hear that can be common.
Will include flywheel lock.27mm wrench for adjusting timing tensioning.m6-1 helicoil kit for the engine block bolts.
Really hoping this car goes to a good home, I put alot into her and its sad to see her go but I just dont have the room, time or money to get her back on the road as I need a new ride yesterday.
Car is located on the westside of Los Angeles. Transporting the car is winner's responsibility. Winner can pick up the car on/after 5/25.
