Description:

1966 Pontiac GTO

1966 Pontiac GTO convertible. A very honest survivor. Driver quality car. Number match 389/4 speed car. New black top recently installed. Factory Power top, 4 speed, am/fm radio. Born White with black interior. The car had 1 repaint approx 15 years ago and has normal chips, scuffs and scratches. Driver quality with age showing, still shines and looks presentable. The Interior and seats show well with minimal wear. Under hood and undercarriage have not been detailed. This is a very honest survivor. The trunk pans and floor pans look excellent. There are 2 rust bubbles at the bottom of both front fenders behind the front tires. (partially hidden under the rocker panel trim). This is a common rust area on ALL A-body Gm vehicles. I have a shop and can do the lower fender repair if desired. The car Runs and drives great, no smoke or major leaks. Normal seepage to be expected from an old car.. The brakes are 4 wheel manual drum and the car stops straight as a pin. Rear shocks and Exhaust system was replaced a few years ago. This is not a trailer queen or restored car. This is a 59 year old car. Please be realistic.. Being sold-as-is. Clear, clean Louisiana title in hand. Please ask all questions before bidding. Full payment is due in 7 days. I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime. If you need storage after the sale or help with a shipping quote, just ask. Thanks, Brett 225-235-0083
