1979 Pontiac Trans Am
This is a 1979 Trans Am I purchased in 2012. The cat is equipped with T-Tops. The car was painted about 5 years ago in gold paint with clearcoat. I did a color change from its original brown and had all the door jams, engine area, trunk painted so it appears original. There are a few small chips which could easily be repaired by a good painter. I had all the decals professionally installed. I doubt that I have put on more than 500 miles since I purchased the car. Mechanically, the car seems to run very well. I had a new water pump, timing chain, harmonic balancer and a heater hose put on in 2017. In 2015, I had carburetor rebuilt. I will include all receipts. I have not seen any rust on the car. I just had a new interstate battery installed. I put the car on non-operational status in California since I was not driving it. I purchased new seat covers, front and back along with new seat pads for the front. I also have new door panels and the old ones so that the buyer will have location spots for locks, driver mirror control, emblems etc. New carpet included. I have new plastic pieces for seats and rear area. The headliner seems in good condition. The mileage is not correct as the speedometer is not working.This is a beautiful car and values are going up fast. I will work with the buyer if the buyer cant pick it up and decides to have the car shipped.
