Hello thank you so much for checking out this auction of this very nice 1965 Pontiac Catalina convertible it is an original convertible car it has a 389 V8 automatic it looks to be mostly original unrestored it is definitely been painted before as you can see in the pictures this is a excellent running and driving project I think it's too much of a project that I'm willing to take on right now mechanically it's very sound I honestly wouldn't hesitate to drive this car anywhere I just spent over $3,000 having everything gone through by a professional classic car mechanic in town here I have all the receipts I had brand new carburetor starter brake lines fuel tank installed plus many more odds and ends.Also a matching hubcap has been located and will be included to complete the set .The top needs a new motos and has to be lowered manuallyThe car fires right up it idles super smooth it's surprisingly pretty quick for a big car possibly the motor is redone it sometime in the past I don't really know too much of the history on it it does have an upgraded radiator as well the convertible top is all there but it's ripped around the window and in old condition it's also missing one of the latches the front part of the frame is rusted on the inside but it does close I started to take it apart but put it back as I'm just too busy to mess with it right now. You could put it up to drive it but I've been keeping it in my garage here in Florida so I haven't left down the body is average there's definitely some filler in it the trunk is completely gone but luckily they make a new trunk pan and they're really cheap the frame is very nice the car is overall solid it's an excellent car to restore or drive it as is you could fix it up little by little and have a big money car when it's done please call anytime 407-594-4505 I also do shipping I can ship it to your door dealer cost I can also ship it to the port for export. I believe the car was sitting for some time before I got it it does have four fairly good tires on it but about 85% tread the tire date is 2019. The car idles and drives and pull strong it breaks evenly it steers normally if you didn't see the car you would think you were driving a $50,000 restored car it drives that nice please look at the pictures closely I'm not trying to misrepresent the car it is what it is thank you
