1967 Pontiac Firebird

For sale is my somewhat unique pro-touring 1967 Firebird. This car was built a little bit differently than the rest - think fun, fast, and actually economically road trip-able (it averages 32 mpg on the highway).

If you want a one-of-a-kind car, wearing awesome original and 100% authentic patina, that turns more heads and starts more conversations (especially when you open the hood) than any LS swapped resto-mod, than look no further!

• 2.0L LTG twin-scroll turbocharged, direct injected, inline four cylinder from a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu
• TR3160 6-speed tremec manual transmission
• Complete HEIDTS chassis, including their PRO-G front subframe kit, and rear PRO-G independent rear suspension
• Z06 front corvette brakes, using KORE3 front wheel hubs, and wilwood inboard rear brakes
• Currie 9” third member, utilizing a 3.25:1 rear axle ratio
• New stainless steel brake lines throughout
• Manual brakes, using a custom wilwood master cylinder mount that uses a balance bar to adjust brake bias
• Detroit speed hydraulic clutch conversion
• Wilwood hydraulic master cylinders, for both braking and clutching
• Custom hand built, TIG welded stainless steel exhaust system using V Band exhaust clamps as well as a high-flow catalytic converter so everything smells nice during long road trips
• Rocket racing attack flow forged wheels, with custom painted center sections for a more aggressive look
• Aftermarket aluminium radiator, with high flow Flex-a-lite electric fan
• Dakota digital RTX gauges, which use serial data from the ECM to run with the LTG engine
• Rick’s fuel tank, with Camaro ZL1 fuel pump assembly. The LTG engine computer has been programmed to control the factory fuel pump assembly with pulse width modulation for proper fuel pressure and flow
• IDIDIT steering column, new linkages to the HEIDTS front subframe with Detroit Speed Steering rack
• Electric steering assist, which utilizes a driver-controlled electronic power steering pump from a Toyota MR2 (mounted under the passenger side floorboard
• Electric air conditioning, with an electronic air conditioning compressor mounted inside of the trunk
• Custom Autosound radio, installed in the factory location, with a dual voice coil speaker connected in the factory dash location
• Rear subwoofer with 10” kicker subwoofer installed in the trunk. A kicker 400 xc monaural subwoofer amplifier powers the subwoofer and is installed underneath the rear package shelf in the trunk
• Polyurethane subframe to body bushings installed to improve handling
• New reproduction front and rear bumpers

• Original odometer reading was 88179 when the drivetrain replacement was completed. Current odometer reading is 91181.
