For sale is my 1969 Pontiac Firebird 400, I have owned this car for 8 years. Only selling my Firebird because I have purchased a car that I had in my younger years. If I had a larger garage this car would not be listed for sale. This is a real 400 car that came out of Redding California. Solid rust free car original Midnight Green car (fantastic color), green interior complements the exterior. Interior is in excellent condition with a console. Factory hood tach works great. Every car cruise I bring it to I get compliments on the color/paint. This Firebird currently has a 1971 455 pushing close to 500 HP at the crank. The original numbers matching 400 is included with the sale. This is a nice highly detailed car. She has a turbo 400 automatic transmission, factory AC that works great. Power steering, power brakes (front Disc). This Firebird has a 12 bolt rear with nice highway cruising gears. Flowmaster exhaust system with Flowmaster 50 mufflers nice exhaust tone not to loud but just enough to let you know you’re driving a true Muscle Car.
Recent work completed on the car:
4 new BF Goodrich TA Radials, Holley carb rebuild, AC R12 Freon charge, tune up, new upper and lower radiator hoses, new heater hoses, new high flow 180 degree Thermostat (EMP Stewart Robertshaw), Valvoline VR1 oil and WIX filter change, new WIX fuel filter, new front brake pads and new front sway bar bushings. I am sure there’s more to add to this list.
This Firebird needs nothing runs cool never gets over 180 degrees. The car was built to a high standard.
I am a car guy and have gone thru this car for the last 8 years constantly bringing up to a new level.
