I am selling my 1982 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am, 5.0L carbureted engine with automatic transmission. The car has 78,800 original miles. This one is a black and gold exterior edition with the tan interior including the PMD seats. It is also a factory t-top car. It has A/C, power windows, power door locks, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, aftermarket AM/FM/Cassette radio. The previous owner has always had it garage kept and it's been the same since I've owned it. It is not restored but well maintained and in great condition. The car has not seen wet weather in over 25 years. Any time I drive it, it receives many compliments.
The exterior looks great with very few paint blemishes, almost none of which detract from the look of the car. The corner of right front bumper has been scuffed and brush touched (see picture). The exterior door window rubber/weather-stripping is starting to crack. Decals, striping and emblems look great. The interior shows nicely with the great looking tan cloth seats and carpet as well as door panels and dash. The steering wheel leather wrap shows some wear. The driver’s seat shows little wear as well and the material on the back of the front seats were re-glued many years ago (see pictures). Some typical discoloration on interior plastic in a few spots from age. The t-tops function as they should and have their original factory pouches strapped in the rear of the car. The mechanics of the car are in great condition. Engine starts up quiet, shifts and drives great with a nice factory sound coming from the exhaust. Under the hood looks great. It has factory "Modern Wheel" Turbo Cast wheels which were recently powder coated. The wheels are the hard to find 15" and I have the caps. 3 are in great condition and 1 has scratches. It also has 4 new BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires in size 235/60 R15.

The underside of the car is super clean and solid with nice floors and rails like you would expect from a car that was originally undercoated. Brakes are newer all the way around with recent replacement of front caliper rubber hoses. It also has a new carburetor and new fuel pump. A/C needs to be recharged.
