Vehicle DetailsThis car was purchased from an AZ classic car dealership on behalf of the original owner. Since we’ve had it, we’ve spent approximately $10K on mechanical/paint work. It runs and drives exceptionally well! It has a current SMOG CERTIFICATE from CA, the most stringent emissions program in the nation (which is good for another 60+ days, thus not requiring getting the vehicle smogged again at time of purchase). We’ve added a new catalytic converter, carburetor (new not rebuilt), full tune-up, new oil pan, transmission pump, and a whole lot more. We had the rear quarter panel painted due to some old dings that stood out. Our body shop verified that it did not appear the car has been in any sort of major accident. The interior is all original and it excellent condition. The headliner does not sag and the seats have no rips or tears. The only two things that need attention are 1) the driver side seat belt does not click in place. It probably requires a new spring in the buckle. And 2) the windshield wipers don’t turn off right away when you turn them on, but once the car is shut off and restarted, the wipers go down properly and stay in place. It is a lovely collectible car, you can use it daily if you want, but remember it is 40 years old. It does have a couple scratches in the paint but overall it shines like a mirror. The tires are in excellent condition with lots of tread left and the shocks for the hood and hatch are nice and tight.
