The vehicle will be sold on a clean New York State transferrable registration in the current owners name (note that NYS does not issue titles for vehicles older than 1973). I am not a dealer but have bought and sold several collector cars at great distances and therefore I have gone to great lengths to describe this vehicle’s condition as accurately and completely as possible.
