today you are viewing a 1979 Pontiac trans am that I am listing for a friend this TA is a true garage find it has been sitting for years this car has had the same owner since 1997 the body is very solid the lower rear quarters do have some rust but very minor bottom lip very solid as are the wheel openings door jambs are solid (see pics) rear lower valance is also solid not rotted like most bottoms of the fenders are also solid no flapping doors the interior is all original the rear seat looks like it was never used rear pkg tray is nice the dash is also in nice condition no racks the owner parked due to fuel leak and never got around to it he did purchase a new carb and some other parts that are in the trunk the original radio is also in the trunk we did turn the motor by hand but did not try to crank it the car shows 61599 miles by the looks of the back seat dash etc it looks like it could be correct but selling it as exempt so if your looking for a project TA that don't need quarters doors and floor pans here is a good project with good bones the car is sold as is deposits are none refundable so check with your better half first any questions call bob 248-761-2805 if no answer leave a mess and number I will get back quick
