Rare very well kept 1980 Trans Am Turbo Pace Car.

One of 5700 built.

Low mileage 40,887 three owner car. NOM.

The car was well kept and to the best of my knowledge rust free.

Here is the information on how rare these cars are;

Special paint scheme, white with dove grey interior.

Hood Bird was larger than normal and made up of red, charcoal, and gray colors.

A large set of silver tinted removable T-Tops.Aluminum White Air-Flow Wheels.

4.9-liter 301 Turbocharged engine, 3.08 rear axle, limited slip differential. TH 350 transmission.

This car is chosen for both the Indy 500 and Daytona 500 races.

Beside the Pace Car Package, the car has the following options ordered from the factory.

Car is in excellent condition with one repaint.The paint in my opinion is better than factory.

Interior is in good to very good condition.Interior would be excellent except for some areas that need dye touch up.This is in the rear seat area and does not detract from the car's appearance.

Car runs out as it should, AC works as it should.Power antenna does not go up or down, but you can listen to the radio. Cruise control needs a new Servo. Spare tire never has been on the ground. Has a car cover.
