Description:

1965 Pontiac GTO GTO

There is so much NEW on this car, I can't list it all,but I'll give you an idea:

NEW Plugs, Wires, Distributor, Radiator, Starter, Ignition Coil, Carburetor, Water pump, Alternator, Fuel Pump, Heater Core, Exhaust and Muffler, Wheels, Interior, Paint, Rebuilt 400 Pontiac motor (50 miles on it), Rebuilt Transmission (50 miles on it), and a ton of little things. We are into this car well over 20K in cash not to mention all of the labor, so anything less than that is a screaming deal!

This is a 1965 GTO clone/tribute car (we weren't going for an exact match so we put the bigger 400 Pontiac motor, we didn't put the emblems on the inside door panels, or we did vinyl graphics on the rear quarter panels and nothing on the front quarters, etc). It's nice but not perfect (I would call it a 10 foot car, it looks great 10 ft away and 5 ft and up it looks good).

The things left on our list to do:

-the hood doesn't sit completely flush, its about a half inch off on the passenger side, see picture (should be a pretty easy fix, we just never got around to it)

-the dash yet, still needs a stereo

-the rocker panel stainless trim aren't on yet, we have them but they need to be straightened out and polished so that is left to do

-the brakes need to be upgraded to disc brakes but the current brakes work great

-since we have only put 50 miles on the car since all of the engine and tranny work were done the car runs and drives great for the first 50 miles we put on it

It's Dec, so get that Christmas gift you always wanted, a cool muscle car that will turn heads as it is, but will allow you to work on it in the spring and make it your own car.Let me know if you have any questions.
