Complete with documentation from Pontiac Historical Services, this GTO was first part of the Zeb Morris Collection from 2009-2011 afterBeswick's caretaking had finished, and it has been with its current owner since 2011.
The Judge was initiated as the Great One's answer to the taxi-cab-like Plymouth Road Runner, but this judiciary ruling ended up being more like anupscale custom street machine by the time the company had finished up the list of standard equipment.
This car came from the factory in stunning blackwith a bright red interior. - A Beautiful Combination that Makes this Car Stand Out!
It features the special Judge decals and striping, the spoiler package, the body-color Enduro front bumper and the hood with scallop scoop design,outside-mounted tachometer and RAM AIR callouts.
Underneath that is a Ram Air III 400/366 HP engine with the foam hood-to-engine seal and factorychrome valve covers, backed with a 4-speed transmission featuring a Hurst T-handle shifter.
Inside are red vinyl bucket seats with a center console, an in-dash clock, AM radio and Rally gauges.
Of course, the set of 5-spoke 14x6-inch Rally II wheels with Goodyear Polyglas white-letter tires complete the appearance of raw Americanpower.
Sold new in Prophetstown, Illinois, this car includes letters of correspondence between the current owner and Mr. Beswick, and the finishing touchhere would be custom script on the rear spoiler which states, "special thanks to...Arnie The Farmer Beswick (Grandpa).”
