Originally purchased at Hamilton Pontiac-Cadillac Inc. of Hagerstown, MD. It was raced at Mason Dixon Drag-O-Way. I have pictures of it on the drag strip and it still proudly displays the raceway stickers under the hood insulation.
The car has had only 3 owners. Second owner purchased the car in 1981. He showed the car locally and won award plates in 1983 through 1986 (I have the plates and pictures of the second owner with the car and award plates) In 1987 he put it into storage in where it stayed covered until 2013 when I purchased it.
Complete owner's records, PHS papers, buyers protection plan manual w/protect-o-plate and owners guide. Also have the last inspection sticker from 1987 showing mileage before it went into storage.
There are also inspection service order sheets showing mileage from 1982 thru 1985. This car has been shown professionally in only 2 AACA meets, The first was 2016 AACA Hershey meet where it got its HPOF Badge, also it was nominated for the outstanding show car of the 2016 year out of 3500 cars. The second time was 2017 AACA Hershey meet where it received its Original HPOF Badge and was invited to the Greenwich Concours d'Elegance in June of 2018. At the 2018 Greenwich Concours d'Elegance the car was awarded the HVA National Preservation Award. the car and all its statistics will be added to the Library of Congress in Washington, DC. This car is just starting to get noticed. I have written a 30+ page booklet on the barn find and background history that I continue to build on. Tom Cotter has added it to his latest BARN FIND Book.
