1969 Pontiac GTO Judge

We can tell there was a lot invested in maintaining this 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge to keep it looking so good. Coming off of long-term family ownership, it was a labor of love to keep it handsome, fast, comfortable, and intimidating. Not only does it have the best period-correct features like the hidden headlights and four-on-the-floor, but there's also the best driver upgrades, like four-wheel disc brakes. That's the factory-correct code 73 Verdoro Green you see radiating under... our showroom lights. Earthy greens are always a great '60s car color, and the modern professional respray means the clear coat gives it a luster the factory never could. There has been a lot of care in this coupe, because this has been owned by the same family for 36 years. So the restoration was about getting this coupe looking its best. The level of investment is apparent the moment you get out in the sunshine and see the reflections are distortion-free and the gaps are excellent all around. The original vinyl roof was expertly deleted in the restoration, and so you really get a smooth flowing shine down the whole body. This whole curvy profile is highlighted even further by the full real-deal Judge stripe package. Plus, with the hidden headlight front end, dual hood scoops, and the big rear spoiler, it's one mean total package. The intimidation factor is taken up another notch by the large 18-inch Boze alloys. The festival of green continues inside where the bucket seat interior is quite inviting. The seat covers in both rows have a great design that can only be highlighted on interiors in the best condition. Nicely coordinated door panels, dash, and carpeting are all part of this pristine green package. Plus, the wood grain on the lower dash and three-spoke steering wheel furthers this upscale feeling. But with the big round tach prominently in the gauge panel and a Hurst T-bar shifter calling out for your right hand, you know this coupe is more than just a looker. Filling the engine bay is the big 400 cubic-inch V8. You can really see the investment in making every inch of this engine bay look amazing. From the bright chrome valve covers, to the correct Pontiac turquoise on the block, to the bold red and white decal on the Ram Air topper, everything looks like this GTO went back to day one â€" very cool! And just like its first day on the streets, the dual exhaust has the kind of rumble to warn the lessor cars out there to take cover. The Muncie four-speed manual transmission gives you full control over its thunderous soundtrack. But do more than just listen to the exhaust; see where it comes from with the undercarriage photos. Most people don't get to see under your car, so when it looks this good, you know the investment was more than just cosmetic. Although this one has likely not even done double-digit miles since its restoration, it really was built to be a driver. The upgraded alloys were specifically put on the car to accommodate a set of slotted & vented four-wheel disc brakes. Plus, with power steering and the grip of Bridgestone Potenza performance tires this really is a true handler. Complete with Pontiac Historic Services (PHS) paperwork, this is the restored muscle car you've been looking for quite some time. But you're not the only one who knows how great this Pontiac is, so hurry up and call today!
