1954 Pontiac Chieftain hardtop. My buddy bought this from out west 10+ years ago for a project and lost interest. Then I bought it and put it in storage and haven't done much with it either.

This is a great start to a custom project or restoration. It is a well optioned car with lighted hood ornament, skirts, full wheelcovers, leather seats, seat heater, back up lights, radio etc. Appears to have had a factory spot light as well but that's long gone.

Interior is surprisingly nice - rear seat leather, door panels, etc are fair and could probably be rused for a driver. Front seat was recovered years ago and will clean up nicely. Dash is incredible with shiny chrome.

Body is better than average. Original paint (coral and white) with matching interior. It has some rust through in the drivers floor around the body mount and around the rear inner lip of the trunk. The majority of the floors and trunk are very solid, including the spare tire well. Drivers fender is dented. Passenger door skin has rust through, and there are a few holes around the rear wheel openings.

Chassis is excellent, but the sheet metal spring pocket for the passenger front coil spring has rusted through. I installed wood blocks so it sits level. Spring is included.

Windshield has a rock chip, door glasses are cracked. Missing keys but doors and trunk aren't locked.

The car has not run in decades and the engine does not turn over. I've tried oiling it and treating it with rust killer with no luck. Radiator is missing.

I have both fender skirts and a full set of hubcaps. The wheels are mismatched and one tire holds air long enough to move the car around- it rolls easily. If you're sending a transporter for the car, I can get a replacement tire mounted. Forklift on site to help load if needed.

Car is located just east of Cincinnati, Ohio in zip 45102. Questions and inspections welcome. More photos available. It has a clear North Dakota title.
