FOR SALE IS A 79 TRANS AM, THESE CARS ARE STARTING TO INCREASE IN VALUE THIS ONE IS NO EXCEPTION HOWEVER THIS CAR DOES NEED SOME WORK.ENGINE;THE ENGINE WAS REPLACED BY THE ORIGIONAL OWNER WITH A DEALER INSTALLED 403.I HAVE THE ORIGIONAL 403 MOTOR THAT GOES WITH IT.THE ENGINE RUNS GREAT.TRANS;THE ORIGIONAL TRANS IS STILL IN IT.IT HAS A SHIFT KIT AND IS SHIFTS HARD IN 2ND.THE REAR END HAS 3/77 GEARS AND I HAVE THE ORIGIONAL GEARS AS WELL.TO RESTORE THIS CAR IT NEEDS AC HOOKED BACK UP.THE DOOR LOCKS AND POWER WINDOWS DON'T WORK. WINDSHIELD WIPERS DON'T WORK, I BELIEVE IT NEEDS A NEW BLOWER SWITCH also the cruise control is missing..BODY IS IN GREAT CONDITION EXCEPT THE DRIVERS DOOR MAY NEED REPLACED[CORNERS ARE BAD]HOOD, FENDERS,DECKLID,QUARTER, TRUNK,FLOORS ARE IN PERFECT SHAPE.THERE ARE OTHER THINGS THAT CAN BE SAID ABOUT THIS CAR.PLEASE CALL ME AT 330-549-9700 I WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING I CAN ABOUT THIS VEHICLE.ps the title does say odometer discrepancy due to the engine being removed.
