1975 Pontiac Firebird

Up for auction is a 1975 Firebird Formula 400. It was built October 1974 and sold new in Bakersfield, CA (per PHS documents).
This is the first car I have put on Ebay and I dont want to overstate or understate this car. I will describe it the best i can. Feel free to contact with any questions.
I bought this car on Ebay 10 years ago and had it shipped from Bakersfield. The seller told me that it had spent its entire life within a family. Upon delivery I put it on the lift and there are no signs of rust anywhere and no signs of patch panels.
The 400 engine runs good and is totally reliable. No oil leaks. All stock except edelbrock carb. I dont know if it is the original motor or not. What it has is a ZT 400 with I234 heads and J024 block. Very late 400 motor. This is a very early build 75 car. What makes this interesting is there is a vin number on the block and this cars vin number running at an angle across the other number. I think they used a 74 engine slated for another car as they changed over to 75. But you can make that call. I dont think the value of this car warrants an angled restamp attempt. The A/C doesnt work but it appears everything is there. could be as simple as a recharge.
The body on this car has a sharp factory color combo in Alpine Green with white deluxe interior. It has a decent driver quality basecoat/clearcoat on it. Not perfect has some light scratches and one shallow ding on body. It is not show paint but it is presentable for sure (see pics). The interior needs some minor finishing. Previous owner put a new headliner in it and didnt put back visors. It has a broken tab on the drivers side seat back, needs a console lid and the fuel gauge comes and goes. It has factory tach and gauges. also needs drivers side seat belt receptacle. Lower door panels are not stock but i will include them in the sale as they are not available reproduction.
