Purchased from Breitfeller motors formerly on Northern Blvd in Flushing NY and still has the original Breitfeller emblem on the tail panel! This is the unmolested find of the year from the original owner with protecto plate and other minor docs including original top manual and owners manual plus receipts from as far back as 1985! There might even be some older than that as I have not looked at every one! It has the original 400 YS engine which was rebuilt 3500 miles ago and I have the receipt to prove it. I was told that the transmission and rear are ABSOLUTELY the originals and I would bet on it! The car does run and drive very well but due to a cracked brake line it will need that replaced before driving anywhere far. I have the brake line in the trunk that the gentleman purchased 4 years ago and just never had it installed. Also in the trunk is the original spare and jack set up which is pretty valuable in it's self. It has original PMD hubcaps which I was told came on the car but I have never seen these but the original owner was no liar, old but no liar. I put two on the one side for you to see and other two are in the trunk. The top is in decent shape with no rips and very little wear but the strip along the top should be replaced from age alone and not from use. The top motor works fine going down but coming up it needs a jump which is indicative of a bad switch. The paint from the doors on back is 100% the original paint which is code F2 Tyrol blue!!! The body panels are very decent as you can see but will need very lower 1/4 patches, the trunk is shot on both sides (not pictured but trust me! lol), the hood, trunk lid, fenders and doors are very decent originals. The hood and fenders are primed from 15 years ago when the fenders were scraped here and there pulling in and out of the garage on both sides so minor repair was done professionally and primed ready for paint, so the hood being faded pretty badly, they primed that too and planned on painting the entire nose all at the same time but they couldn't afford the paint job at the time and it has been like this ever since! Door jams are all original and not rusted anywhere, around rear window has held up very well, the rear panel is in very nice shape too. The 100% original interior is in better shape then it looks as I didn't even clean it as I want it to look exactly as I got it, no dressing up here! Dash is nice, seats are decent with light rips in drivers seat as you can see! Rear seat is very nice...I know it doesn't look it but it has NO rips at all and will clean up nicely! Door panels are very nice as well, steering wheel has typical cracking, GTO grab handle is in very nice shape, dash is decent but old, obviously. Windows roll up and down with ease. Incredibly, the floors held up very well but the frame will need repair right near the front behind the wheel, directly below the door hinges on the frame. It is pictured.Phone number is HUGE on top of this description so call with questions as it is for sale locally!
