1958 Pontiac Other 2dr sedan

Up for auction is this 58 pontiac chieftian 2dr sedan. Has 54000 original miles, original drivetrian consisting of 370 cu in 2bbl engine, 4 speed automatic trans. (believe its called hydro glide) new generator. runs and drives great. has disc brakes up front with dual master cylinder. manual brakes. manual steering. cooper tires with less than 1000 miles on them. gas gauge does not work, all others do.lights, turn signals, brake lights, bright lights all work. dual exhaust with stainless magnaflow canister style mufflers. vehicle is purple and white with 6 different colors of metal flake in the purple. paint has chips and scratches. vehicle is a 20 footer. front and sides of trunk solid but is rusting threw along the back near bumper area as seen in pics. hood has pin hole rust spots just above hood bar. drivers door starting to pop as seen in pics. both quarters at front edge of tire are starting to bubble.floor pan on drivers side replaced with flat piece of metal, 2 small rust holes 1 near drivers side seat and one just in front of passenger side seat. rest of floor in good shape. front and rear glass are new. missing both triangle trim pieces for front glass.( same as 58 chevy ) has reverse opening solenoid activated doors. no headliner but bows are there. have some extra parts that go with it. have clear title and vin plate on car.vehicle has very reasonable reserve. have more pics if requested. will respond to all questions as soon as i can. vehicle is for sale locally. thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
