This beautifully restored 1964 GTO Convertible is your chance to own a true piece of Americana. Dressed in Nocturne Blue over Medium Red with an Ivory convertible top, this date correct 389 Tri-Power equipped GTO is an important part of the muscle car movement and American automotive history in general. With only 6,644 convertibles made in 1964 even fewer came equipped with the optional 76 option code for a 389 Tri-Power engine. A no rust example that has been garaged and driven sparingly since its recent restoration in 2013, this high driver quality example is mechanically sound and will provide many years of enjoyment. During the restoration, a new 4-speed transmission was fitted along with disc brakes and stainless steel headers. This GTO is a blast to drive and looks fantastic. We have gone over the car extensively and provide this rare opportunity to own a recently restored GTO that is as driveable as it is beautiful.
