The original 400 ci motor was rebuilt to Ram Air III specs with Ram Air III induction added, urbo 400 automatic transmission, 2-bolt posi, ual exhaust, isc brakes and added… Factory Air Conditioning. This is a rare muscle car that’s in very nice condition with all systems working beautifully! A true muscle car that runs great, ooks cool and is a convertible! This car was only driven in nice weather - no snow, alt or even rain and has been stored in a heated garage all its life. Pontiac documentation, ealer invoice and other paperwork included. TURN KEY… drive this one home!

This is a rare classic car with a low reserve to protect some of its value. If the reserve is not met we will work with the high bidder to complete the sale.

The Body is ALL GM Steel it was born with! No panel replacements or accidents. Super-straight body with no major dings or dents! It had a high end repaint some 20+ years ago during an exterior restoration. The original-color BAJA Gold paint job is still very nice and shiny with no runs or sags and has a nice deep wet look still. Being a 20+ year-old paint job, t does have some minor flaws, ainly on the hood and deck lid and some spider-cracking on the urethane bumper. It’s respectable but no longer a concourse car because of the paint. Some restoration to these areas would make this car a show-winner all over again! Barring that, he rest of the car is in beautiful shape! The chrome, tainless and brite work pieces are in superb condition! The weatherstrippings are original pieces and are in good condition. Windshield and glass are all in good condition. Rear bumper is in great condition, ice and shiny with no pitting. Again, his GTO is rust free! Doors, ockers, loors and trunk are beautiful and solid!

Convertible top is in good shape and in perfect working order. The glass window is in great condition. The tan material is nice and bright with no stains rips or tears but does have 2 minor punctures that are pictured.

The Interior is ALL-original and in exceptional condition for it’s age! No fading, ips, ears or issues. Seats, arpeting, oor panels, onsole and dash still look great with only a few issues to note (driver seat has some minor wear on the piping, here is a minor crack in the dash pad, nd the fabric could use a professional cleaning to remove some dirt marks and a couple of minor nicks from use.)

Headlights, arker lights, irectionals, orn, adio and HVAC controls ALL WORK! All the windows, oors, ocks, ood and trunk operate as they should. All the dash gauges and hood tach work except oil pressure - where the needle is sitting at 80psi.

The Drivetrain components are the original units it was born with. The drivetrain, rakes and suspension systems were all overhauled during a restoration some 20 years ago. The engine is a 400ci 4bbl that was rebuilt to Ram Air III specs 20+ years ago and does she run! Beautifully! No smoke or noises and doesn’t even leak! Most of the engine components are original and a Functional Ram Air III Induction was added (hood, ir cleaner and controls). The 3-speed Turbo Hydromatic 400 automatic transmission operates like it should. No slipping or leaks. This muscle car runs great, hifts fine, teers where you want her and has good brakes!

The Undercarriage is in super-clean original condition with NO UNDERCOATING! The floor pans and frame are original and in GREAT condition! Frame, loor pans, runk drop offs and rockers are all original and in super-solid painted condition. The exhaust system is in good condition with nice shiny chrome tips. The mufflers are brand new. The 235/70R14 tires are in great shape with lots of tread and the Rallye wheels are really nice with beautiful trim rings.

Factory spare tire and jack are in the trunk.

Driverside T-3 headlight is burned out.
