1969 plymouth roadrunner vehicle complete body off restoration
1969 Plymouth Road Runner
Original owner. Body and interior restored to original, with performance enhancements to engine, drive train, brake system and suspension. Vehicle was completely dismantled, body dipped in stripping solution to identify potential metal rust and weaknesses. Panels replaced, and metal fabricated when original metal unavailable. E-coated in a dip bath after sheet metal was completed. After E-coating, it was epoxy sealed – there is next to no filler in this vehicle and no feather fill spray polyester, just primer, paint and clear. “Re-worked” 440 with 475+ HP, paired with 727 transmission by CRT (Cope Racing Transmissions), and 4.10 rear end. Complete records of specs, parts purchased, sublet repairs, and technician hours associated with this restoration project (available upon request). More than 1,000 pictures of the process. Also published trade journal “quick review” article is available as well.Use this link for videos, trade journal article & pics:https://server.automotivedatamedia.com/index.php/s/BN8r2A5Zna4YsrK?path=%2F
