1971 Plymouth Satellite Sebring Plus
For sale is a nice 71 Satellite Sebring Plus from California- rock solid body w little rust. Was brought here 5 years ago, kept in climate controlled storage until now.
Has a lot of good options- AC, was 6 way manual seat w buddy seat, dual sport mirrors, fender mount turn signal indicators, wide sill rocker moldings, rallye dash, new power disc brakes, trim package w drip rail moldings & rocker moldings, 323 Sure Grip 8 3/4 rear, front sway bar, light package, and tan interior- tan interior was missing when I got the car so I replaced it with good used tan interior panels and steering wheel. Will need the dash pad dyed the correct color and seat covers along with carpet, Has new headliner.
Has all new brakes and master, new hoses, tune up, new door handles/ front park lamps,ignition switch and turn signal switch,u joints, motor mounts,new RH side race mirror as orig was broken, and a bunch more i can't think of right now...i also procured the proper Sebring Plus emblems for the 1/4's if you want them, as they are hard to find. Front and rear bumpers are straight and grille is nice. Some dents in front valance and rear valance is nice. Header and hood panel nice. Fenders good along with doors solid and clean. Rockers very good.. I have the louvered side marker frames and hardware along with reproduction gaskets- you'll have to buy the side marker housings- best price I've seen is from Ivester's mopar parts.
None of the usual issues like rotted doors, floors or trunk. Inner fenders / firewall/ frame / floors are mint. No issues around windows- all excellent condition. Body just has minor dings / dents that will need to be repaired, and minor rust spot on right hand rear 1/4 corner right after the wheel on bottom- one small spot in front of that wheel. Sure you could buy one for cheaper, but then have to dump tons of money into panels and parts and labor- we all know that stuff isn't cheap- better to start with a solid foundation like this....
Has a brand new hp 340 engine w forged crank, forged pistons, Moly rings, 284/ 296 duration Extreme energy Comp Cam, Hi volume oil, fuel, water pumps, double roller timing set, Hp ignition, new hi rise alum intake, new Edelbrock 750 carb, and much more Was just built / broken in with no miles.904 trans.
Cop Car 15x7 wheels. New dash pad. New brakes. New hooker headers. Manual steering/ power brakes. Lots of new parts! Clear Florida title. Car would make an excellent project as they don't get really more solid than this after 52 years- the real value here is you won't have to spend tons in metal replacement and it's unique options- not to mention a new rowdy 340!!
