1965 Plymouth Barracuda 318 PolyHead Police Pursuit engine bored andstroked to 396ci, Rebuilt 4-speed Chrysler A-833 Transmission. Custom paintjob. All new Interior with a Flaming Star adjustable steering column. Ford9-inch Posi TruTrac rear end with 3.00 gears.

ENGINE: 2016-2022

The assembly and machine work were done by "Performance AutomotiveMachine" out of Axtell, TX. The block was cleaned, sonic tested, surfaced,and bored .060 over. Using a four-inch stroker crank the cubic inches wereincreased to 396ci.

·K1 Technologies- Forged 4340 steel four-inch stroker crank.

·Ross- Forged 9 to 1 flat top racing pistons.

·Molnar - Forged H beam connecting rods.

·Bullet- Pro/street racing Cam ground for street use

·TRW - Rings

·Vanderbilt Bearings

·Meling - Oil pump and pick up.

·FelPro- Gaskets

·Roller Rocker assemblies were not available for the Poly Heads thereforethe refurbished original valve train was used.

·The combustion chambers were relieved and new hardened valves withthree-way grind were installed with new bronze valve guides.

·Comp Cam double spring valves and new seats, seals, locks, and keeperswere used.

·New high-performance push rods had to be custom made.

·Mopar dual quad intake and two 600 CFM Edelbrock carburetors withprogressive linkage, high volume electric fuel pump and 3/8" fuel linefrom new fuel tank to the carbs.

·New high-performance water pump with 180-degrees thermostat

·New three chamber aluminum radiator.

·New MSD Built electronic distributor with New MSD Street Fire ignitionand Blaster 2 coil.

·New MSD high performance plug wires

·Valvoline 10 w 40 racing oil

·Champion RJ 12 YC spark plugs.

·Relocated Oil Filter

·Oil cooler with fan

·Electric radiator fan set for 200 degrees.

CLUTCH AND TRANSMISSION: 2017-2019

·Passion Performance - Rebuilt Chrysler A-833 heavy duty four speed withnew bell crank, center force clutch, high performance pressure plate and throwout bearing. The original "Hurst" shifter was rebuilt and used. Shifts smooth.

DRIVETRAIN AND REAR END: 2017-2023

·Quick Performance - Ford 9" Posi TruTrac with 300 gears, new thirdmember, custom housing and 31 spline axles.

·Custom HD balanced driveshaft

·Air bag adjustable rear end height control.

·Four link traction suspension system – HD gas shocks

·10" Disc brakes and extended boxed frame rails.

·New fuel tank with new float and sensor.

·Brand new Vision 15-inch wheels mounted with brand new BF Goodrich RadialT/A tires.

FRONT END: 2017- 2022

·The front-end suspension was completely rebuilt with new heavy-duty parts.

·New torsion bolts

·Oversized Anti sway bar

·New steering box

·11”-disc brake conversion with all new brake lines.

BODY AND INTERIOR: 2017-2022

·Windows were fitted with new felts and gaskets.

·The front windshield and gasket were replaced.

·The rear window was retained.

·All new gaskets and rubber for the doors and trunk were installed.

·New floor pans and trunk pan were installed along with sound proofingfront to back.

·New carpeting throughout

·New interior door panels and quarter panels
