NO rust has been converted to 12 volt so you can run lights and siren and have a blast. Draws a crowd everywhere it goes. Thousands of kids and adults have had their picture made in this little car. Still in great shape. My partner and I were botch cops and we built this little car to bring kids closer to cops and show them we are there for them to help them and protect them. I have made some very serious, sad mistakes in my life and now must part with this little vehicle to clear a up a loan a very special person in my life helped me with.
