1973 Plymouth Barracuda

No Reserve auction sold to the highest bidder!!!Up for auction is a super solid 1973 Plymouth Barracuda. the car is 98% rust free and an amazing platform for Cuda clone. Originally from Nevada so it has no actual rust through other than behind the passenger rear tire (see pic) looks like the wheel came off and some point and damaged that area. would be easily repaired. would not need a quarter panel. in fact does not need any sheet metal. The wheel openings were rolled in slightly to accept wider tires at some point but are rust free. Underside. trunk drops. frame rails all completely rust free (was under coated back in the day) All glass is good other than a cracked windshield. grille has has some repair work. but very usable. The car was originally a 318 car. nbsp;now has a 1970 340 with X heads. headers and aluminum intake. 8 3/4 open rear end with a 727 automatic. New gas tank and sender. master cylinder. brakes just bled and seem to work fine (front disc rear drum) The car starts right up and moves under its own power ( no engine noise) but plan on taking it apart and at very least cleaning and resealing it as it has been sitting more 9 years in a dry pole building. Will need to be trailered away!Has a very desirable rally dash with the 150 speedo. tach and clock (clock works!) Interior is in very good shape. new carpet and recent seat covers. dash cover is cracked. no headliner. door panels are all in good shape. Radio is missing as well as some other small items. The car has a clean Nevada title which matches the vin. fender tag is missing and the vin does not match the numbers on the cowl???? If you are looking for one of the last virtually rust free E-body project cars. this is the one! you will not need any need panels This is a PROJECT car and needs restoration. however could be cleaned up and driven as is with very little work.
