Incredible $100,000 restoration, fast!
1964 Plymouth Fury --
$100,000 meticulous restoration. There are really nice cars and there are those that stand out among those really nice cars. This is a stand out car! It is high performance but it's done right. This car is reliable, starts, steers stops fantastic. I would not be afraid to drive it anywhere. EXTERIOR: Texas rust free car to start with. The body is pristine, laser straight with excellent body gaps. You can still see the factory spot welds around the quarter... panel wheel well lips, I love seeing that. Has Super Stock hood scoop. The paint is like white glass. I put my hand on the paint and it even feels slick. Every piece of trim on this car is pristine. Show quality chrome on the bumpers, emblems, taillights etc. All the stainless is polished like chrome. The side moldings, tail panel, grill are pristine. Literally every single piece of exterior trim looks pristine to me. All the glass is crystal clear, rubber gaskets are soft. The door jambs are just as slick as the outside. Latches are detailed, new weather strips and sill plates. Perfect choice of nostalgic Torque Thrust wheels. Has some big Hoosier pro street tires in back. Gives it a great stance and that classic muscle car look. INTERIOR: Interior is just as incredible as the exterior. The seats feel like they've been rebuilt, they have nice firm cushions. Not a wrinkle in the upholstery which is all new reproduction, has the chrome piping. Door panels are brand new looking. New red carpet and embroidered floor mats. Overhead the white visors and headliner are pristine. The entire dash area is in excellent condition. Clock is rebuilt with quartz movement. Has the push button shifter. There's an aftermarket tachometer on the dash, oil and water gauges under the dash. Steering wheel is restored, even the chrome horn ring has been redone. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: 572-590 hp with cross ram dual quads. Over $30,000 in the motor. Built by John Sinabldi of Step Up Performance. Wait til you here this monster! Yet it starts right up, runs with no issues. Has Indy heads, 10.5:1 compression, dual Holley carbs and a custom set of headers. It is absolutely meticulously detailed, it doesn't even look like it's been run. The engine bay and under the hood is all gloss white. Bottom of the hood has been cut out to allow the fresh air in from the scoop. The motor has a super clean fresh coat of the orange paint, air cleaner lids are painted with a spray gun. Every component looks new. Has upgraded dual reservoir master cylinder. Original fender tag is attached. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: big giant trunk apartment and have Rock Solid clean original metal with grain white spatter finish the bottom of the trunk lid in the jam have white paint that's just as glossy as the exterior latches are detailed as jacking instructions in New weatherstrip original tight spare tire is mounted correctly and has Jack assembly battery has been relocated to the trunk has new Matt UNDERSIDE: Bottom of the motor has 8 quart oil pan. The 727 Torqueflite trans was built by Bruno Racing Transmissions. Has aluminum pan. Inland Empire driveshaft connects to the 3.91 posi rear.
