1967 Plymouth GTX

This is an excellent example of an unrestored early muscle car. This car was purchased new in Morganton, NC and has remained in the Carolina's since. Numbers matching 440/375hp, 4-spd, bucket seat console car. The original seats were recently recovered with Legendary covers because the originals were torn and not nice enough for the car. The carpet and headlineris still the original and in nice shape. The dash and gauges are in great shape. The paint is all original and excellent shape considering the age (WW1 code). A couple small areas where the paint is worn through on pointed corners where you would expect. The black vinyl top is original and in excellent shape (P6X). The rear axle is a code 6, 3:55 ratio. The car came new with 14" steel wheels and hubcaps which I have andgo with the car, currently it has brand new 15" magnum wheels and BFG radials. Other options include tinted glass, electric clock, passenger side outside mirror, hood insulation, stripe delete, light package. If you look at the picture on the Chrysler letterhead it itemizes by code all of the options and details. The front bumper was re-chromed because the original was not nice enough for the car. It is the original bumper that was plated. The car does not have power steering. Included in the pictures are some of the pieces of documentation including the build sheet and certicard. There is a pile ofother documentation that goes with the car. This level ofdocumentationis rare! This car runs and drives excellent and gets plenty of use. I am making room for some other projects and felt it was time for someone else to enjoy it. No disappointments for a car of this age. I have tried to show all the imperfections in the pictures. There is minor surface rust in the trunk pan and under the hood as you would expect but rock solid.
