1950 Plymouth Deluxe P-20 four door sedan, in Plymouth Cream, with only 3,454 actual miles from new. Has 217 cu.in. L-head 97 h.p.6 cyl. engine, standard transmission. Car had been in storage for a long time in a barn when I bought it. In the past 8 years, I have had it professionally painted the original color, replaced rubber door seals, removed all four original tires that were hard and had flat spots, and replaced them with correct bias-ply tires from Coker, made in molds that are similar to original. Had the carb re-built, cleaned out the fuel system, replaced exhaust that needed it, and had the brakes done. This Plymouth is as close to a new 1950 as you'll find. It starts right up, it shifts smoothly and performs remarkably well. I have some paper work on he car, a shop manual, and an owners manual. I have 2 sets of original keys. The original spare tire & wheel is in the trunk and it looks like its never been used. All the gauges work. It has radio and clock delete. The woodgrain dash is like new, and it too is original. The interior is very nice, and headliner doesn't have any rips or stains. All original floor coverings. This car is ready for car shows and cruise-ins.Out of state car that wasn't exposed to any New York State winters. If you appreciate originality you'll like this car.
