Complete stock original. 6 volt system with new battery. Straight 6 cyl 201 cu", rated @ 82 HP. Last year of the 3 speed manual on floor for all makes.
Older resto in the early 90's, with a recent refresh of the valves, rebuilt carb, new water pump, exhaust and brake booster. Over $3000 in receipts.
Interior is exceptionally nice with period correct upholstery and headliner. Steel dash and interior door frames and rear window have the painted wood look. Has the super cool wind out front windshield. Wipers work, i just took them off for a cleaner look.
Both bumpers are perfect and shine like new with new rubber body mounts and have the rare overriders on them. All glass is nice with no cracks or hazing.The gorgeous large grill is in fine shape with no bends or breaks.Car comes with a spare 5th wheel, located behind passenger seat with a cover, being the business man's coupe.Has the other rare option of ribbed, dress up trim rings on the wheels.
Car is super clean and straight, with zero rust or repairs or dents. Color is not original but looks great, not perfect, with a few minor scratches here and there, a blemish from over flow of gas cap, but shines up well 30 years later still, even without a buff.
Why pay 30+k for the usual 1939/40 Fords? when these are just as pretty a looking car, for half that! Good luck finding one at your next meet...
