1972 Plymouth Barracuda

A drivable classic that turns heads everywhere and one of those rare cars that looks great from every angle. I've owned this car since 1999 and brought it with me when I moved from L.A. to East Haddam, CT, so it is absolutely rust free. Originally had a 318 in it, but now has an X-heads 340 with a FiTech fuel injection system and Edelbrock Air-Gap intake modified by Hughes. 904 tranny with a shift kit and TCI torque converter. Column shift, but I do have an original slapstik shifter and center console for it. Recently rebuilt front end suspension with added sway bar, Wilwood disc brakes up front, Aero racing wheels, new headliner, Sparco seats (have the originals too), Hooker headers with Dynomax mufflers, the list goes on and I have a ton of receipts (which I've NEVER added up!), original build sheet + miscellaneous extras that will be included. She's a looker and can really move as well. I would really recommend seeing the car in person prior to buying as it is not without its minor issues. There is some cracking in the paint, but you can't tell from 10 feet away. Slight tranny fluid leak at the pan. I replaced the gasket and it helped, but a new trans pan is probably a good idea. Tires in the back are pretty big and the right rear rubs over bumps or with a full tank. May want to go with a slightly smaller tire size. For the interior, the carpet isn't that bad, but a new one is pretty cheap. Just miscellaneous small issues that I'm doing my best to present, but seeing the car in person really would be best. The FiTech EFI, could use a little more dialing in for more off the line oomph which can be accomplished using the handheld controller and trial and error. Oh yeah, no A/C, no navigation, no cupholders, no cruise control, has a radio (but I'm not sure if it works because I ALWAYS listen to the engine), no ABS, no power windows, no power seats, no air bags, no traction control, no rain-sensing windshield wipers, well.........you get the point. What you do get is the REAL DEAL. Couple vids on Youtube. https://youtu.be/OAmcea7rJiY andhttps://youtu.be/tiPGuFzoJqY
