1990 Plymouth Laser RS 1.8 liter 5 speed. Runs and drives. Just went over 76000 miles. Great little car. Decent on gas if you don't drive like a manic. Would be a great project car for a beginner or someone more advanced.Goods.Doesn't burn oil.New front control arms.Ball joints.Tie rodsDriver side axle.Sway bar linkagesNew front driver bearingsFour new hubs. Rotors. Brake calipers. And brake pads. (Reason I'm selling is because none of that was coated and started rusting after the first rain after I got it out the garage.)After market Enkei Rs5 15 inch rims. Back passenger rim came like that. Was going to clean it up.Car has working cruise control.The clutch was new when I bought it over a year ago. But the car has been in my garage a majority of that time.Timing belt was said to had been replaced 2 years ago by previous owner (but I doubt it tbh)New hatch struts
Bads.Power steering has a minor leak.Doesn't come with the battery in the picture. But it comes with a battery. It's not the best. But I wasn't using the one in the picture at the time.Car starts rough. Feather the gas for a few seconds and it's fine. Starts fine on cooler mornings.Patched up the exhaust till I could replace the whole thing. But my welder "walked off". It can be loud. I can be quiet. Has a bit of a gas oder. Nothing too noxious for both.2nd gear is a little rough but shifts fine other wise.Rust spots here and there. Largest spots and hole in picture. Underside has a bit of rust but was weather sealed.Tires are older but not bad. I personally would get some 16 inch rims and new tires.Crack in front driver side parking light.Some scratching on the body.
Ignore the "sound system" in the back. The speakers don't make much bass so I threw that in there to even out the sound. If you do want it, I'll include it.
Also doesn't have a spare tire. But has the tools and will include the lug adapter.
Nice cruising car for long trips.
I'm 6'6 and I think it's very comfortable to drive.
