1989 Plymouth Sundance RS

Reluctantly selling this vehicle due to its many gremlins that I can no longer deal with. Basic history: owned since '05 in upstate NY. Recently moved to NC and brought with me. Current NC title and on road. But plates soon to expire and will not be renewed. Little to no rust showing and no known body work. Two bad spots in paint on roof. (one shown in photo) Some rust underneath around e brake cable & spare tire well. Also driver & passenger floor but not bad. This car has had an engine change with new head & rebuilt turbo as well as other new parts such as water pump & distributor. The gremlins are: gas & turbo gauge not working, A/C not working, (charge?) power windows work but come off track due to little plastic pieces broken, some speakers weak. Hatch supports need replacing. Could use struts & shocks. "Check Engine" light comes on occasionally but does not stay on. Two shops could find nothing wrong. On the flip side, it has a new gas tank, fuel pump & sending unit. Brakes redone front & rear with new calipers, rotors, pads, wheel cylinders & shoes. All flex lines replaced, steel lines in good condition. New battery, new tires (205/60 x 14), original spare appears to never have been used on alloy rim. (no donut) Have most receipts dating back to '99 as well as factory shop manual (3 vol). The car presents well and seems to run & drive well but I have not driven it much. I have not taken it out on any freeways, just local driving. There are some spare parts included such as radiator, rear disc brake setup other small mech. parts. Please ask questions and feel free to come have a look to judge condition for yourself. I may have overlooked something but not intentional. This car needs someone who is more knowledgeable and with better resources than me to bring it up to the state I know it can be. Thanks for looking.
