1965 Plymouth Fury

1965 Plymouth Sport Fury III convertible project. Sorry for the bad pics but it has a bunch of body shop dust on it. Rebuilt engine runs, but fuel tank is not installed. Was using a small boat fuel tank in the trunk. All metal work done, nice and straight and was a very well preserved car to begin with. Any rust areas were fixed, hard to find them solid like this. 440 engine was rebuilt, new brakes installed, but need to be bled out its a soft pedal. Car needs minor body work (filler on metal work areas) and paint. Engine compartment has been painted Viper red. Car will be beautiful to carry that color through and finish. I'm pretty sure everything is there, SS and chrome and some extra parts. Seats will clean up nicely and could be used as is since they are nice and were recovered. Hood has a dent on the front from a garage incident but easily fixed. Original trunk lid had a dent on its top so a white one of another car is included. The convertible top frame looks solid - this is the perfect project for a solid higher dollar car when done, or a good father son project.
Car is currently located at the body shop that does all of my cars, he can finish the paint if you want.
Car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early. Serious inquiries only please, selling a bunch of old rare cars so be sure to check all my auctions. Be best to transport this car as an inop, it has a bunch of parts that need to go inside if you ship it so doubt we could leave the driver seat open. Thanks again for looking!
