Car was repainted over 10 years ago but still looks great. There's numerous scratches from daily wear and tear you'd expect from a car that's around 10 years old. Only this one is 46. There's some touch up spots. The trim isn't mounted very well but it hasn't come off yet. I've kept the car in the garage so it doesn't see the elements unless I'm driving it. The hood flew off on previous owner cause he left the clips out so the hood corners are boogered up and the hood has several scratches. The passenger door lock locks from the inside only, he clip probably fell off.
There's some surface rust under the trunk mat, t's not rusted through. I can see rust through the rear window in the Dutch panel. Not sure how bad.
The wiper motor and back up light don't work but everything else does, ike the gas gauge, lt, emp, peedometer, urn signals, ights etc.
The serpentine set up has a compressor but there are no other a/c equipment installed on this non a/c car. It needs a hot rod a/c set up to avoid cutting the firewall.
The mild 440 has a FAST port fuel injection set up. It's super reliable, uns great with crappy Cali gas, tarts real easy no matter how cold and doesn't need a carb rebuild every couple of months cause of the ethanol in Cali gas gumming things up like my other Mopars. It needs a shroud, t gets hot in the California heat in traffic.
It has a 4 speed trans (it's hard going into 3rd when aggressively shifting, djustment needed). It may need a clutch.
The battery does drain if you don't drive it for less than two weeks due to the efi electronics I suppose.
It has drum brakes all the way around, idn't get to the wish list of installing disc up front yet. It has a Dana rear, think 3:54 gears, imited slip. Has mono leafs and cal track bars. The rear end leaks a little.
The car is not perfect but very presentable and I get compliments on its looks all the time. I'm selling to pay down debt. It's a real Road Runner. Was originally a 383 4 speed. Fender tag is gone. I'd rather keep it but finances dictate otherwise. This car needs some minor TLC to be perfect. If you're close message me and come look at the car before you bid. No joy rides. Good luck.
